Website Template License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any website template, edited template, or custom website from Website of Websites (WoW), you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant (One License Per Project)

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased website template or website for one (1) end-user project only.

Each purchase grants a license for a single client or a single business entity. If you wish to use the template for another client or another project, you MUST purchase an additional license.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the website for your own business or a single client's business.
• Modify text, images, colours, and content to suit the project.
• Deploy the website on your own hosting or a client's hosting.

3. Prohibited Use (STRICT NO RESALE)

You may NOT under any circumstances:

• Strict No Redistribution: Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or transferring of the template or any derivative is strictly prohibited, whether free or paid.
• No Derivative Loophole: You may not modify and redistribute this template as a new or competing digital product or template.
• Share Source Files: You may not share, give, or expose the template source files (including HTML, CSS, JS, or assets) to any third party except for the sole purpose of completing the licensed project.
• Claim the template design as your own original creation.
• Upload the template to marketplaces, repositories, or open-source libraries.

4. Done-For-You Edit Service Limitations

If you purchase our Done-For-You Edit Service, the following rules apply:

• Strict Scope: The service only covers updating the selected template using the exact information provided in your submission form (logo, colours, text, and images).
• No Structural Edits: Any layout changes, structural modifications, new features, or custom additions are strictly outside the scope of this service. If you require these changes, you must request a Custom Website.

5. Ownership

All templates, designs, layouts, and underlying code systems remain the intellectual property of Website of Websites. Purchase grants usage rights according to this license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Services

You are solely responsible for:

• Hosting setup and maintenance
• Domain registration
• Third-party integrations or services

WoW is not liable for downtime, hosting issues, or third-party platform failures.

7. Termination

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of the license without refund, and you will be required to instantly remove all materials associated with the template.

8. Legal Enforcement & Compliance

• Audit Rights: We reserve the right to audit the usage of our templates to ensure compliance with this "one project per license" policy.
• Financial Penalty Clause: Unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale will result in a minimum charge of £1,000 per violation plus full legal and recovery costs.
• Jurisdiction: This agreement is strictly governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
